Cheerios Peanut Butter Squares

I like these for breakfast.

1/4 cup margarine
3 cup mini marshmallows (about 30 large)
1/2 cup peanut butter
4 cup toasted oats cereal
1 cup peanuts (optional)

Grease a 9 inch square pan. In a large saucepan, melt the margarine and marshmallows together. Add the peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Add cereal and peanuts. Spread mixture in pan. Cool.

NOTE:

For a special treat, coat the top of these with melted chocolate and chopped peanuts or coloured candy sprinkles.
