I don't like to buy cookies. Even the best of them are dry, hard and generic tasting. They are trying to appeal to the largest number of consumers, and so do not usually go for the more unusual flavours. I like to experiment, mix and match recipes, try something different. Here are some of my "basic" recipes and some that I have experimented with. They are all quite good.
