Creamy Corn

Ingredients
My son, Jason, has been making this since he was 5.
Melt margarine in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour. Stir and cook for 1 minute. Add salt. Stir in milk and parsley. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add corn. Heat and serve.
NOTE:
Try it with peas. Add a tablespoon of finely chopped red pepper to make it look nice.-- Rox
