Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 to 3/4 cup fine coconut
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
• 1 tablespoon melted margarine
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• jam

Preheat oven to 425 F. Combine all ingredients except jam. Line tart pan with pastry. Put a dab of jam in each pastry shell. Then top with coconut mixture. Bake on lower shelf of oven until light brown -- about 15 minutes.
