Quick Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
I make this recipe alot.
Chop tomatoes. Heat oil in fry pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is transparent. Add tomatoes and all other ingredients. Cook, uncovered, 8 minutes. Pour over your favourite cooked pasta. Serve with grated cheese.
NOTE:
I like to add half a can of pitted black olives -- either whole or sliced. Freezes well.-- Rox
