Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients
My grandmother got this recipe off the radio -- so our family calls this 'Radio Rhubarb Pie'.
Preheat oven to 425 F. Mix flour, sugar and egg together. Pour over the rhubarb and mix to coat all rhubarb. Let stand while preparing the pastry (double crust). Pour rhubarb filling into pie shell. Place top shell on pie and bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 F and bake a further 30 to 40 minutes, until done.
