Spice-nut Refrigerator Cookies

Ingredients
Heat oven to 375 F. Slice dough 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
A not-too-sweet cookie.
Cream together margarine, sugars, egg and almond extract. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well between additions. Stir in nuts. Shape dough into a roll 2 inches in diameter. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate for at least one hour.
NOTE:
The dough can be kept in the fridge for several weeks, or you can freeze it for later.-- Rox
