Stained Glass Windows

Recipe file created November 6, 1999.
Our family calls these "Blagborne Rolls" after the family who passed on this recipe.
4 squares (2/3 cup)semi-sweet chocolate
2 T margarine
Melt together in a double boiler.

1 beaten egg
Add to melted chocolate and mix well.

1 cup icing sugar
Add and mix well.

1 package (250 g) coloured mini marshmallows
(about 6 cups)
Place in bowl and pour chocolate mixture over. Stir to coat the marshmallows.
Put a square of waxed paper on the counter and cover with coconut. Place half of the chocolate/marshmallow mixture on it and shape into a log. Seal and refrigerate. When it is hard, cut into slices.

Makes two logs.
